Regent Homes to Build Townhomes in Berry Farms, Franklin TN

Regent Homes will build townhomes in Phase I, Hughes Mill at Berry Farms. The official groundbreaking ceremony was June 16, 2011. Berry Farms offers an enhanced quality of life by seamlessly blending residential living with work, commerce and leisure. Regent will offer both two or three story townhomes with 1,400 to 1,800+ sq. ft. The townhome features include up to three bedrooms, three baths, and  flex room.
